Challenge
The Planet app faced a daunting mission: integrating a social platform with project management tools. This posed a major challenge — could anyone simplify project management to make it as easy as (social) pie?
Solution
Slack MEETS TikTok! We've developed an innovative proprietary concept called M-perience (stands for Motion-Experience). Every screen incorporates motion — either an AI-generated video or a subtly moving background. Each screen showcases only one content item, akin to TikTok. Creating a clear information architecture and object model were a must. That allowed the platform to offer both project management tools and social network benefits, while balancing between public and private spheres.

Introducing M-perience, our unique concept that recognizes motion as a crucial role player in enhancing usability. As such, motion was integrated in different elements throughout the interface, from background and foreground animations to deliberate visual misalignments that contribute to the overall motion vibe.
