Challenge

EnforceAir is a complex, data-rich system where clarity, trust, and speed are essential. The challenge was to reduce cognitive load while aligning product logic, UX flows, and UI design, ensuring operators can make confident decisions under real-world operational pressure.

We led a research-driven process, starting with a comprehensive product logic and user workflow document. By breaking the system into core objects and interactions, we defined a clear logical model that informed all UX decisions, screens, and interaction patterns.

PRODUCT LOGIC & USER WORKFLOWS

At the core of the EnforceAir project was a rigorous Product Logic & User Workflow definition. We developed an exhaustive architectural document that mapped the system’s entire object model, providing a precise definition for every functional element. This technical foundation went beyond typical UX strategy; it created a definitive 'source of truth' for the product’s behavior. By formalizing this logic early on, we provided a potent roadmap for development that continues to serve as the essential manual for evaluating new features and ensuring long-term system integrity.

DESIGN

Based on the defined workflows, we designed the EnforceAir tablet application screens and a scalable design system. The interface supports mission-critical use, simplifies complex actions, and enables consistent expansion across future features, users, and operational scenarios.
